Four Generations. One Greek Tradition.
From the olive groves of Kambos Avias to tables in Quebec, MANI PAPADEAS is the story of a family, a land, and an olive oil passed down through generations.
Our Heritage
In Kambos Avias, at the foot of Mount Taygetus, olive oil has been part of our family's life for generations.
The Papadeas tradition has been passed from father to son — from our great-grandfather Stathis, to our grandfather Sotiris, then to our father Peter (Panagiotis), and today to Georges, the fourth generation and current guardian of this family tradition.
We are not industrial producers. We are passionate growers preserving generations of knowledge and a deep respect for the land.
100% Koroneiki. Traditionally Harvested.
We cultivate exclusively Koroneiki olives, an iconic Greek variety prized for its intense aromas, distinctive character, and naturally high polyphenol content.
Our olives are traditionally harvested and cold-pressed shortly after picking, preserving their freshness and producing an extra virgin olive oil that is pure, vibrant, and full of character.
